With online sales becoming the new way to shop so is the ability to understand what you’re buying and how it works.  We have compiled some questions and answers to help.  If you can’t find find the answers you’re looking for use the chat function or via the contact page

Do I have to have an Account?

No, you can checkout as a guest but we’re sure that you will want to purchase again so it will be quicker next time.  We also send offers and information to account holders that you won’t find anywhere else.   It makes sense to have one, but not essential.

Can I cancel my order?

Our team makes sure that your order is dealt with quickly to get the products to you in the shortest time possible.  For this reason we can only cancel orders within 30 minutes of receipt of your confirmation email.

If it is too late to cancel you will need to follow our returns policy, unless you have purchased a product that is exempt from returns.

Can I add items to an order?

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be amended in our system.  If you want to add additional items you will need to place a separate order.

Is my personal information safe?

For security reasons we do not hold card details, when an order is placed this goes through to the relevant payment processing company.  If you believe that someone has tried to misuse your card or details please contact your issuer or bank immediately.

Is your shop secure?

Our store uses SSL security and we host our site on one of the worlds leading hosting companies.  Security is one of our top priorities and you can be assured that your information is safe.  Any details used on our site is not forwarded or supplied to any third party companies, never sold and we do not send spam.

What is the Wish List?

If you register for an online account you can save a variety of products into a wish list.  You can purchase at a later date or used to share with family & friends for gifts.  You can move your items from your wish list into your cart at anytime, as long as they are in stock.  Don’t wait too long though as we are constantly changing our stock and items sell out fast.  Prices are also subject to change so could be different if left for a long time.

What payments do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods on our site:

  • Debit cards if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo

Please be aware that cards companies may charge additional fees for credit card purchases (mainly overseas).

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure protocol is an additional security layer that prevents card fraud, specifically for online payments.  This process is not connected with us in any way.  We do not have access to your details.

Customers that are asked to complete details via the 3D secure process will be to supply information such as password characters or answers to questions.  These would have been set up with your bank or card issuer.

Can I pay Cash or Bank transfer?

We don’t currently accept bank transfers, although if you visit us at our stall we are happy to accept cash payments and/or collection.  You will need to contact us for this.

How much is delivery?

Can I amend my delivery address?

What countries will you ship to?

We currently will only ship to the United Kingdom.  International orders are not accepted.  If an order is received for countries outside the UK, the order will be cancelled and refund given.

Can I track my order?

Our orders are sent with proof of posting but tracking is not available at this time.

How do I know what size to choose?

If you’re looking for your ring size, you can use our size guide.  In addition to this, each product includes the specific product measurements and chain length for bracelets and necklaces.

Why are your stocks levels low?

Our business exists to provide unique products to people that want to be individuals.  There are many items we sell that you will not find in the mainstream and on high-streets, although we will add popular products too.  With this in mind our suppliers provide us with end of line products or items that are one-offs.  This will impact in the item quantities.  We also want to change our ranges on an ongoing basis too so the lower quantities we stock the more often we can circulate items and offer our customers a continued variety.

If something goes out of stock will you get it back in?

In some cases the answer is yes but more often the answer is no.  Once a product is gone, it’s gone.  It will be rare that products will be restocked so if you see something you like, you need to act so you don’t lose out.

I want something specific, can you help?

We have a large collection of suppliers so can supply most things.  Currently we aren’t accepting requests for specific products or items.  If this changes we will share via Social Media and our news pages or via email.

Do you offer discount codes or coupons?

We do share codes sometimes, whether this is through social media or via email.  To receive emails discount codes you will need to sign up to our newsletter or create an account.  Follow our social media and you will also have the option to use codes throughout the year.

Can I supply you products for your store?

If you are interested in supplying us products we are interested in hearing from you.  Please use our contact details to get in touch.

Do you have any vacant positions?

We keep our team small and if we have any positions that we will look to fill we will use Indeed, our Social Media and post on our News page on our site.  We are a small family run business so this will be very rare that this will happen.
